Amber and I watched The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus last night.

Sigh.. Heath Ledger was such an awesome actor:(

I recommend this movie because I liked its quirky and artistic nature. It's definitely not your average movie, playing on the idea that our imagination keeps the world balanced... great for a couple art students:)

The star of the movie is model-turned-actor Lily Cole, damn she is beautiful!! I swear she could

claim to have the longest legs in the world. She plays a fiery 16 year-old redhead helping her dad

convince people we need imagination in the world. It has strange cartoon segments within the movie,

but its worth a watch.

Im a a glitter girl (haha my first hotmail was glittergirl@hotmail.com...tragic, yes!)

I'm just drawn to things that sparkle, I love hand-beaded dresses and crafts.
I LOVE TO EMBELLISH!!!

I spent 82 hours hand beading my final work at art school...

was it a drag?..no BECAUSE IT SPARKLED!

I do draw the line with anything that looks garish though.. it has to sparkle with a certain classiness..

I always have, and always will bead things to make them more me.

Saturday outing

We went to Topshop today, (it took us half an hour to get there due to the GPS
lady telling us to drive back onto the motorway and then go to a random house on the shore)
and left with mixed reviews..
It was really packed, which surprised us considering its been open

for a while now...

There were not a lot of clothes in the store but at least 20 girls lining up to try on garments,
every second you looked over another girl was walking out with a crisp new brown
TOPSHOP bag. Interesting mentality really, with new things coming in every week the
clothes empty out as there is little there, and everyone is keen to get their hands on
something international. Prices were within our budget in comparison to the designer
clothes downstairs, we just didn't have the patience slash coffee filled bellies to wait and try anything on.

BUT... WE MET KAREN WALKER!! gotta love when your mum is
a social butterfly in the fashion world (Thanks Michele!)

My brother Laken is currently in hospital because he was complaining of a headache and half way through the day his friend noticed he had a massive gash in the side of his head-this we think occured last night, yet he cannot remember and claims to of only had a few beers!

So now he is getting stiches-I mean I love him but what a retard!

Meanwhile my brother Hayden wrote on my facebook page "blogging was so 5 years ago" this explains his position as the anti-artist in the family, haha he has no idea.  But what I want to know is how long have people been blogging for? The ones who are well known now only started a few years back, was there blogs 5 years ago?? Help me prove a point!
