The Phoenix Cosmetics show was a bedazzlement of candy colours, barbies, spikes, feathers, mirror pieces, glitter, buttons and so much more! Appropriately named 'Truly Outrageous' we thoroughly enjoyed this 80's inspired, hairspray extravaganza! A team of 18 makeup artist worked on each look for up to 6 hours to create these individual works of art. Phoenix Renata celebrated makeup as a true art form.
